1. Acceptance of Terms
By using DivyaVani ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
DivyaVani provides:
- Daily horoscope and astrological content in Hindi and English
- Panchang (Hindu calendar) information
- Sant Vaani — daily spiritual quotes
- Satsang — bhajans, kirtans and spiritual audio content
- Festival calendar with dates and significance
- Divya Coins rewards system and Lucky Draw
- Daily Quiz on Hindu mythology and spirituality
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Divya Coins & Rewards
- Divya Coins are virtual rewards with no monetary value
- Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the rewards program at any time
- Coins earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited and the account suspended
- Lucky Draw prizes are subject to availability and our sole discretion
5. Content & Intellectual Property
- All content in the App including text, audio, images and graphics is owned by DivyaVani or licensed to us
- Sant Vaani quotes are attributed to their original sources and used for spiritual education
- Audio content (bhajans, kirtans) is licensed from rights holders
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content
- User-generated content (profile photos, bio) remains your property but you grant us a license to display it
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer or compromise the App
- Create fake accounts or misuse the referral system
- Upload inappropriate, offensive or copyrighted content
- Spam or abuse other users or our support team
- Use automated bots to earn Divya Coins
7. Astrological Disclaimer
⚠️ The astrological content provided by DivyaVani is for entertainment and spiritual purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial or personal decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of astrological predictions.
8. Subscription & Payments
- Basic features of DivyaVani are free to use
- Premium features may require a subscription in the future
- All payments are processed securely through Google Play
- Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Upon termination, your Divya Coins and data will be permanently deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
DivyaVani and its creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the App.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
